Role: CMT Customer Experience/Operating Model Manager

Organization: Accenture Consulting - Communications, Media and Technology

Travel: Up to 100% (Monday – Thursday)

Communications, Media and Technology

In this role, you’ll be part of the Communications, Media & Technology group where you’ll work with companies that are creating the products of tomorrow. Accenture works with 95% of the world's 20 largest Communications companies, 80% of the Fortune 500's Electronics and High Tech companies, 67% of the world's 50 largest Media companies, and all 6 of the major Hollywood studios. You'll use your industry-specific expertise to help your clients seize the opportunities made possible by the convergence of communications, computing and content.

 

You will be part of the Network Practice, which helps our clients innovate and transform their businesses around how they plan, build, launch and operate network and service platforms in order to streamline operations, minimize time to market, and reduce costs. 

Your experience will include:

·       5+ years of proven Consulting/Services experience in the Communications, Media & Technology industry:

o   Client relationship management

o   Insight to market and industry trends, and their impact on a client

·       4+ years of experience in defining customer experience blueprints for Telco’s using Network Analytics  

·       2+ years designing Lean Operating Model

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

To set yourself apart you, experience in the following is preferred:

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps adaption

·       Experience of CEM (Network Analytic Tools and Processes) i.e. collection of processes that organizations use to track, oversee and optimize all customer interactions

·       Understanding of Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, IP+Optical, IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), IPTV, 3G, WiFi, LTE, SIP, Small Cells, DAS (Distributed Antenna System), DIAMETER, Unified Communications, VoIP, Routing / Switches, etc.)

·       Previous experience or interest in working in globally distributed workforce environments, including offshore models

·       Experience defining and integrating technical solutions into an organization`s strategy, vision, and aspirations

·       Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

·       Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

·       Exposure to analytics and analytical methods, both prescriptive and predictive

·       Proficient in MS Office
