Accenture is looking to recruit an Oracle Cloud ERP Manager within our Technology Consulting Application, Architecture & Platform Advisory practice to work within the UKI Resources operating group.

With a specialist focus on the Oracle Cloud platform and ERP solutions (E-Business Suite, Fusion), applied to the Resources Industry, this role will work as a Subject Matter Expert to support our client account and project teams throughout the life cycle from sales and business development, through consulting and advisory engagements, to the design and delivery of solutions and services.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in industry domain knowledge and applying technology solutions. It also requires a broad knowledge of Oracle’s cloud platform and ERP solutions to advise clients on how to leverage these leading-edge platforms to improve business performance.


We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Manager to join the Resources Client Service Group, which is responsible for managing client relationships and providing industry insight and experience across the Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources industries. As an Oracle Cloud ERP manager, you’ll often be required to;

  • Play a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.
  • Harness value creation for our clients; positioning their IT to deliver business value and support future growth through Business transformation and landscape transformation.
  • Define and carve out solutions to solve client business problems that take advantage of Oracle’s Cloud and ERP Solutions.
  • Advise our clients on how best to harness Oracle’s cloud stack and ERP solutions to enable digital business transformation
  • Supporting sales activities, including working with other Accenture teams to grow a successful practice.

Required Capabilities

  • Full cycle implementation experience in an Oracle ERP/ Fusion implementation or upgrade project, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities

·   Knowledge or understanding of Oracle’s Cloud Platform

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and how they are supported by DevOps
  • Ability to understand and translate buyer requirements into a solution offering leveraging standard process methods and deliverables
  • Ability to effectively communicate the implications of complex technical concepts to senior, non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and structuring activities to provide opportunities for others to grow and develop
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understanding of the Resources industry (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources).
