The Service Now Business Analyst assists in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and client acceptance testing.  Service Now Business Analysts will also participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.  
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Customer Relationship and Requirements Development  
  • Ability to analyse and design ITIL service management processes
  • Ability to develop Service Now process requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the client
  • Support creation of user stories and ensure that they meet the criteria required to deliver a successful product
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations concerning project scope, timeline, activities, issues, and progress as required
 Team Project/Support Management
  • Effective project management skills
  • Provide support for creation and maintenance of project documentation
  • Provide accurate and useful project or issues status reports
  • Interact with subject matter experts, Solution Architects, the Transition team to define functional specifications that meet clients requirements and are technically appropriate
 Deliverable Quality Management and Creation
  • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on ITSM requirements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including development of scripts and conducting UAT with client
  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards 
Process Capability Development
  • Familiarity with business process design concepts and principles
 People Development and Management
  • Develop and mentor people

Special Initiatives/Other

  • Participate in/lead special projects as needed
  • Provide consulting to technical, sales, and delivery teams as required
  • Support organization transformation and communication efforts

 What skills and experiences are we looking for ?

  • Business Analyst and Service Now Experience
  • Ability to lead Service Now design discussions
  • ServiceNow implementation experience with E-bonding
  • Experience in ITIL process consulting
  • Experience in Service Integration projects execution
  • Cost Management
  • Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis functions and design
  • Advanced knowledge of related areas of IT
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies; demonstrated testing and test planning skills
  • Experience with developing test strategies, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure testing coverage
  • Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization
