Level: Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager (depending on experience)

Location: London

Salary: £47,000 - £55,000

Travel: Up to 100%

As a Digital Solution Architect, you’ll works with Accenture Digital’s clients to understand today’s business requirements and how tomorrow’s digital solutions will meet them.  You will be responsible for the creation and integration of digital content management solutions for client and client teams, working closely with clients to understand their business goals and how to translate them into appropriate digital solution designs.

Here’s a snapshot of a Digital Solution Architect’s typical responsibilities:

  • Design and develop client strategies around content management solutions
  • Lead content management assessments at client sites with key client stakeholders, which includes as is/to be designed sessions and documentation to enable solution development
  • Design business architecture associated with content management strategy and solution
  • Contribute to business development and internal knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Develop work estimates for content management implementations during the sales cycle
  • Lead proposal efforts in new sales activities
  • Own the digital solution roadmap and blueprints, and drive sign-off on the solution
  • Partner and team with solution providers and agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients.

Key Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate for this key role in shaping the digital vision for our clients will have experience in a professional services or solution architecture role, working in digital technologies. You will have advanced skills in one or more specific web or enterprise content management platforms and in-depth experience in implementing large-scale web or enterprise content management solutions.

  • Extensive experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
  • In-depth technical knowledge in one or more of the following content management platforms: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, SiteCore, EMC Documentum, IBM ECM, Drupal, Wordpress
  • Knowledge of content management-related technologies such as digital asset management, document management, enterprise search, social & collaboration
  • Familiarity with other web technologies such as ecommerce, search engines, social media, digital marketing, personalisation and behavioral targeting
  • Requirements definition, wireframing, creating user stories and implementation experience
  • Experience with (or awareness of) user experience design, information architecture and agile web development processes
  • Platform and architecture technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies / platforms
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
