What responsibilities will you have?

 

The Project Manager will provide focused analysis, project management and solutions for business process delivery.
  • Perform assessment of current delivery team technology against current standards and new tools - identify and quantify opportunities to reduce tech cost, automate manual processes, and provide additional client value
  • Solve a particular delivery challenge or client request where the solution likely lies outside of standard tools
  • Work across BPO offering and industry, but have access to product management and capability resources for specific analysis
  • Support of pre-acquisition due diligence
  • Establishment and management of detailed work plan and budget resource plans at onset of each project
  • Manage the day to day activities of the project team
  • Collect status from project team and others in order to keep work plan and budget resource plans up to date on a weekly basis
  • Raise issues, risks and potential dependencies to the appropriate Geo Lead
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Participate in Sponsor / Stakeholder meetings as needed
  • Key client contact for application design activities

 

 

What skills & experience are we looking for?
  • Qualified PM with technical skills, must be client facing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and experienced in communication at executive level
  • Solid project management experience, certification preferred
  • Need excellent stakeholder, issue, and risk management skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders representing a variety of technology teams
  • Strong core PM skills and background in application development and deployment
  • May manage the development of new technology assets
  • May manage the implementation of existing tech to a delivery team
  • Manage ad hoc projects
