Package: £38,000 - £65,000 pa + Benefits (Based on experience and level)

Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh 

Travel: up to 100% flexibility

Key features of the role:

As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice including both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals and we are looking for experienced individuals to join our thriving team.  We operate across different industry sectors bringing HCM expertise to our client engagements, working closely with our strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver HR transformational programmes.

To grow our team we are looking for individuals with proven SAP SuccessFactors experience who have an interest in expanding their scope of responsibilities e.g. to larger implementations or global clients, and who can work in the role of Solution Architect.

As a Solution Architect you will have experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules and integration, understanding the interdependencies between the modules and how data flows between SuccessFactors and other integrating systems.  Your role will be to ensure a holistic solution for our clients, recommending and making key design decisions and working closely with client business and IT stakeholders.

Key responsibilities may include:

 

  • Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilised to meet client requirements;
  • Acting as a custodian of the solution and recommending and making key design decisions;
  • Supporting client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality;
  • Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications;
  • Supporting testing, training and change management workstreams.
  • HCM process knowledge across a range of HR areas/modules;
  • High level understanding of integration architecture and how SuccessFactors integrates with other applications;
  • Minimum of one implementation of SuccessFactors;

 

 

What we're looking for

You will have experience of working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes.  . In addition, we are looking for experience on large scale implementation programmes delivering to tight timescales.  Ideally you would have experienced all phases of the project lifecycle and gained a good insight and understanding into agile, iterative delivery methodologies.

 

Client-facing experience within multiple industries is also highly valued, as well as deep SuccessFactors implementation expertise including:

  • At least 2:2 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience
  • Proven success in contributing within a team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries
  • Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programmes
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong career progression to date
  • You must be willing to be London, Manchester or Edinburgh-based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required.
  • Accenture will be recruiting at the following levels: Analyst, Team Lead, Associate Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager.
