The Operations Lead owns the client relationship for the outsourcing contract to deliver Pension administration services for a minimum of one client. As the overall Outsourcing contract lead, they own the client Service Management including Projects, Finance and Data Services and related delivery and growth of the service and its financial performance. 

The Operations Lead will interface with Industry and Portfolio/Delivery leadership, and appropriate leadership within contracts.  They are responsible for the oversight of the Delivery Team that supports their client(s) and will be a pro-active source of support and advice for the client in the pension industry. 

What responsibilities will you have?
  • Develop and manage the outsourcing delivery contract relationships
  • Single point of contact for the client account senior executives and client on the outsourcing contract, engaging early in any additional revenue opportunities and new business
  • Development and management of the outsourcing client relationship, to include managing the client to their outsourcing contract commitments
  • Set client expectations in conjunction with the client account senior team and manage to those expectations
  • Manage Third Party partnerships and Third Party supplier relationships
  • Provide leadership support and input to large and complex transformation 
  • Establish formal routines for delivery account reviews with:
  • Client and client account senior executives
  • BPO Delivery Leads and commercial directors
  • Relevant executives in Accenture Leadership 
Drive outsourcing growth 
  • Leverage industry expertise to influence client outsourcing strategies
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through expansion or renewals of outsourcing work 
  • Participate in client account planning and forecasting activities
Manage the operational and financial performance of the outsourcing contract
  • Key player in the client transformation program and activities to meet service measures and cost savings, if applicable 
  • Achieve contract controllable income targets using the most appropriate principles, levers and tools.
  • Set and manage contract service level agreements, acting as a delivery escalation point around client priorities and issues
  • Manage change orders, service quality, and recovery plans  
  • Improve mobilization and transition costs in conjunction with Service Delivery Operations
  • Participate in and comply with the outsourcing account quality programs, including QA, Client Satisfaction and QPI and drive implementation of changes identified 
  • Ensure adoption and compliance with Accenture Delivery Methods in accordance with Policy 11, including the creation and maintenance of the management plans (e.g., Business Continuity, etc.) 
  • Achieve continuous improvement program of service improvement
Lead and develop the Account Delivery Team
  • Drive the succession plan and talent management for the Account Delivery Team
  • Drive engagement and capability working alongside with Service Delivery Operations 
  • Own and develop risk and compliance controls with mitigating actions for both client and internal consumption
  • Deliver industry leading service performance within the framework of the contractual agreement
  • Develop and maintain interactive capacity planning tools

What academic qualifications do you need?
  • PMI qualification or equivalent
