Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Consultants & Managers

Location: London (Manchester and Edinburgh offices also considered on exception)
Mobility: Up to 100% flexibility

Salary: £35,000pa - £75,000pa + Benefits (Based on experience and level)

Introduction
 

In the Oracle delivery practice, functional professionals work with our clients to address business intelligence and management needs and streamline business processes in areas such as finance, sales, marketing, human resources, procurement and supply chain management.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop their career with one of the leaders in Oracle technology consulting.

 
What we're looking for

We are looking for functional consultants specialised in Oracle Cloud Packaged applications and general technologists interested in Oracle architecture for positions at Consultant level. You must have experience working in a finance business area and preferably have a finance and/ or accountancy qualification and meet the following criteria:

  • A full cycle implementation experience in an Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade project, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
  • Oracle eBS R11i, Release 12, Cloud ERP / Fusion experience in at least one of the areas below
    • Experience in Cloud ERP Financials/Projects/Procurement modules are highly desirable or R12 experience in these modules:
    • General Ledger, Accounts Payable, FA, Project costing and billing Projects
    • Oracle Business Intelligence Application with experience in Financial, Human Resources, Order Management, Supply Chain or Sales Analytics
    • Supply Chain Management (e.g. Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
    • FAH

Required Skills 

  • A system integration background and experience of at least 1 end-to-end implementation project lifecycles in one of the above areas
  • Preferably, a relevant finance and accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent)
  • Preferable, client facing experience
  • Team player - proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of delivering leading practice finance solutions underpinned bv Oracle ERP products
  • Hands-on delivery or involvement in large, major IT change programmes
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • You must be willing to be London, Manchester or Edinburgh based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Exposure to Project Management methodologies desirable (e.g. Prince 2);
  • Strong team player (proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment) and team leadership skills (if interested in managing teams/workstreams);
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;

Candidates can be London, Manchester or Edinburgh based however all candidates need to have full travel flexibility based on location of client based
