Travel:  100%
Salary: 68,000 - 75,000 + Benefits

Description
 
 Network Enabled Solutions is part of Infrastructure Services. We plan, design, build, implement and operate Network solutions for clients in the UK, Europe and around the globe.
 
A typical Accenture Network Solutions project will take the client through the full journey as a trusted partner. From helping with the initial concept, defining the business case and its approval, the functional design, high level and detailed design steps, through to the build, integration and test phases, to allowing it to be implemented into the client's business, culminating with the migration into the support organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement a voice solution for the client; this will require liaising with the client to gain requirements and 3rd party vendors where necessary.
  • Owning the implementation of the whole solution from design till handing it over to support.
  • Previous experience of designing and implementing voice over IP (VOIP) solution.
  • Communication and development of strategic voice technologies
  • Provide subject matter expertise when collaborating on cross platform projects with teams responsible for Network, Desktop and Data Centre
Key Skills:
  • Extensive technical experience in engineering and implementing voice technologies within a large Enterprise or on a large project
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager - large scale multi-cluster deployments
  • Extensive experience of call routing architectures and voice carrier integration
  • Understanding of related voice products and services:
  • Voicemail - preferably Cisco Unity
  • Voice recording - Various vendors
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center
  • In-depth knowledge of IP voice signalling, transport protocols and codecs (e.g. SIP, H.323, SCCP, RTP, G.711, G.729).
  • Understanding of network requirements for voice - QoS, call admission control, security
  • Basic understanding of routing and switching components; preferably some work on catalyst switches.
  • Knowledge of TDM voice protocols (QSIG, DPNSS, E1, T1)
  • Appreciation of neighbouring technologies: Video, Networking, Desktop collaboration, Mobile
  • Additional technologies of interest: Trader/Dealer voice systems, Computer Telephony Integration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid Project Management experience (large voice deployments and cross-discipline project deliverables)
  • Ideally relevant level of certification such as CCVP or CCIE (Fully Qualified).
  • Ideally you will be degree educated to a 2:1 level
