Our UK Sales Support Team plays a pivotal role in our business by supporting £multi-million sales opportunities across Accenture, irrespective of industry, capability and offering. We provide a wide range of services, which include: client response writing, customised research, case study searching, as well as the end-to-end management of proposal delivery to clients. Our team comprises of both onshore and offshore individuals in the delivery of our services, giving team members a chance to gain experience of cross-cultural working.

As a Business Support Analyst within Sales you will be able to undertake a variety of work across a range of industries, clients and offerings. You will work with the team to support sales teams across the business, taking opportunities through different stages of the Accenture Sales process. The activities you would undertake may include:
Undertaking research to source specialised responses and content for proposals
Providing and authoring responses and content for sales proposals for clients
Identifying case studies and references to demonstrate past client successes
Performing editorial and proof reading
Engaging with other internal teams to source and validate sales information
Assist with the development of our library of sales materials
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working across a variety of industries and you’ll build awareness of the internal sales process, tools and assets of a large global company. You’ll also become familiar with a broad range of clients and offerings and benefit from a host of internal training programmes.
We consider applicants from all academic disciplines. You’ll need to have or be expecting a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree or Master’s degree.
We are looking for candidates who are inquisitive, resourceful and have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail and focus on quality will be first-rate and you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales and wider business experience will be valued. You’ll be aligned to our London office but will need to be prepared to travel as client projects could take you anywhere in the country – or even the world.
APPLICATION PROFILE AND PSYCHOMETRIC QUESTIONNAIRE
The first part of the process is to fill out an application profile which includes a psychometric questionnaire. Along with attaching your most up to date CV, we will ask you to provide some details of your background, experience, skills and education. Although this stage can be completed in under 10 minutes, you can exit and revisit the page as many times as you like before submitting. If your profile meets our role requirements and is identified as a good fit for the company and our culture, we will progress you through to the next stage.
You will then be asked to complete a series of short online assessments. This stage gives you the opportunity to prove your cognitive and functional ability, tech acuity and business acumen. From start to finish the assessments should take no longer than 1 hour to complete. Since they are untimed, you are welcome to start and stop the assessments as you wish and complete them at your leisure. If you excel across all areas, we will then progress you to the third and final stage.
At this stage you are required to attend a 3-hour Assessment Centre in our London office. The Assessment Centres will take you through a series of exercises that will give you insight into life at Accenture while allowing you to showcase your potential for the role. Some exercises such as the Virtual Reality segment and 1:1 interview will require you to participate on your own and others such as the business challenge will require you to work together with other candidates. You will be informed of the outcome within 10-15 business days.
