Olly is a founding trustee of Movement to Work and is on the board of the UK government’s Inclusive Economy Partnership.

He joined Accenture’s Strategy practice in 1992 and continues to consult with clients in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer goods. He has a broad range of experience including globalisation, operating model development, organisation design, managing change and technology exploitation.

Before joining Accenture, Olly worked for Conoco and as an Aeronautical Engineer for British Aerospace.

Olly is married and has twin daughters. He holds a first-class honours degree in Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.
