Michael Pitsch is Senior Managing Director leading Accenture Health & Public Service Sales and Health for Europe. As such, Mr. Pitsch oversees the sales function for these industries, as well as the provider and public health offerings, client engagements and market capabilities for the health industry. He joined the Health practice in 2011, and specialises in the application of digital, consulting and technology to optimise the value and effectiveness of public and private healthcare organisations.
Mr. Pitsch joined Accenture in 1996, after completing his graduate studies in Economical Industrial Engineering from the University of Siegen, in Germany. Born in Austria, Michael Pitsch spent the first 15 years of his life in Linz, Teheran, Washington, Miami and Salzburg, his father having been a Chancellor with the German Foreign State Department. He lives with his wife and two children in Hamburg, Germany.
