Carl is the Operations Accounts Lead for Europe, responsible for delivering operations services to our European clients across all industries and business functions including Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Compliance, Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, Capital Markets and Banking. He is also a member of Accenture Operations Global Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, Carl leads a team of diverse, world-class professionals, charged with developing and delivering business process services to drive transformational value for clients through Intelligent Operations.
Most recently, Carl was the Operations Lead for Accenture UK and Ireland (UKI) and a member of Accenture’s UKI Executive Committee. In this role, he was responsible for the growth of the business through the shaping and successful delivery of transformation and Intelligent Operations programmes for clients across the UKI. Prior to this, he was the Global Delivery Lead for Business Process Outsourcing leading a team of over 100,000 professionals.
Carl has over 25 years’ experience in selling, mobilising and delivering complex transformation programmes, managing numerous client accounts and has spent a significant part of his career developing and growing the Intelligent Operations Centre network in Central Europe and Latin America.
Carl is passionate about inclusion and diversity (I&D) and is the global sponsor for the Operations I&D agenda.
