- Responsible for team decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through rigorous standards and reviews.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and customization to meet specific insurance policy management requirements.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions that span multiple teams and technical domains.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
