Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation, ensuring that all aspects of the deployment are executed efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the deployment process.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
