ServiceNow Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance systems and platform capabilities to meet evolving business and operational requirements
• Define, review, and govern technical designs with focus on integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure operations teams to manage capacity planning and platform resilience
• Ensure applications and infrastructure meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators related to application and infrastructure performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multiple delivery teams
• Contribute to strategic decision‑making and solution direction across programs and stakeholders
• Master proficiency in Packaged Application Integration
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading and managing multiple technical teams in complex environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑scale system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Experience working collaboratively across business, technology, and operations stakeholders
