The RPA Senior Analyst would be working as part of the Security Development team and will work closely with the Security functional, client business and development teams. The RPA Senior Analyst will help guide the solution of the most cutting-edge capabilities at Accenture. An ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to clarify user stories and changes.
  • Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs in the Process Automation space.
  • Work on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
  • Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
  • Lead most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
  • Act as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
  • The RPA Senior Analyst would be working as part of the Security Development team and will work closely with the Security functional, client business and development teams.
  • Will help validate and guide the solution of the most cutting edge IAM capabilities at Accenture.

 

Basic Qualifications:
  • Hands on development skills in Blueprism with at-least 6 months of work on live projects.
  • 1+ years of .NET experience.
  • Good to have: Worked on a variety of end systems like web, SAP, Outlook, Mailbox, SFDC, ServiceNow, Oracle.
  • Knowledge of integration with web rest services. Ability to do project estimations and process discovery activities.
  • Build re-useable objects.
  • 1+ year experience with database/SQL and strong experience with macros.
  • A track record in the successful delivery and support of Excel Macros, Visual Basic Scripts or other configuration/scripting type technology.
  • Overall 2 years’ experience in IT
  • At least 6 months experience in Blue Prism
  • Experience in one or more software development technologies is a key asset, such as: .NET, VB, Java, Python, etc.
  • Experience with waterfall and/or agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent creativity in process design / redesign
  • Extensive experience in technical documentation and publication
  • Testing IAM technology stack – Preferably experience with Oracle Identity Management suite of products/ForgeRock suite of products/SailPoint
  • Have demonstrable capabilities of building and executing automation tests in CI/CD orchestrator environment.
  • Experience using multiple frameworks from Junit, Selenium, TestNG, SoapUI, Mockito, Apache JMeter.
  • Extensive experience working with build automation frameworks like maven, gradle
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience writing Unix shell scripts.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (i.e. Jenkins, Docker, Git)
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies (access management, authentication, authorization, directory services, identity management)
  • Good to have 6+ months experience in developing web applications using Java/J2EE
  • Strong experience in business Analysis, Process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
  • Awareness of features & functionalities of other popular RPA tools in the market.
  • Extensive experience in SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
  • Experience in working in onsite-offshore model
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Benefits calculations (transaction Time improvement specifically) and ROI through a capacity creation
  • Excellent creativity in process design / redesign
  • Ability to merge technology & process
  • Experience with DevOps tools (i.e. Jenkins, Docker, Git)
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies (access management, authentication, authorization, directory services, identity management)
 Preferred:
Minimum B.S in Computer Science and hands-on experience in RPA and good to have domain knowledge preferably with Identity and Access Management Solutions.
