Your role
The Oracle Alliance Director is responsible for developing, enabling and executing Accenture’s joint go-to market strategies with Oracle in France and Benelux.  
The primary focus for the Oracle Channel Director is to enhance Accenture’s sales ‘channel’ with Oracle relationships, assets and capabilities – contributing to the growth of our underlying services business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage our relationship with Oracle in France and Benelux 
  • Develop joint marketing activities (e.g. events, materials, and awareness), offering development plans, investment plans, and training / capability development plans
  • Qualify, develop, and drive Oracle enabled go-to-market campaigns
  • Collaborate with all Accenture business entities to determine partnering strategies.
  • Own the interlock process with other Accenture sales organizations to optimize collective efforts
  • Participate in the sales cycle for key ‘must win’ opportunities
  • Works with Client Account Leads/Accounts Executive to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies
  • Build Oracle brand awareness and educate Accenture teams on Oracle strategy, value proposition and key messaging
  • Conduct sales meetings to boost sales competencies on Oracle Cloud Solutions and support joint selling engagements
  • Drive the interaction and communication between Oracle and Accenture sales management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant Accenture Leadership, becoming their trusted advisor on Alliances pursuits
  • Develop and maintain meaningful, sales-oriented relationships with Oracle’s executive leadership, regional management and key account teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global Oracle alliance counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives
  • Support the enablement of field resources for targeted campaigns, products and solutions
  • Work with executive sponsors within Accenture and Oracle to maintain alignment on our Oracle strategy and our key opportunities
  • Increase the penetration of Oracle in our core and industry offerings
  • Coordinate Sales Target of $200M
  • Monitor Accenture Oracle services business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration Oracle inside Accenture
  • Develop our resale activity with Oracle (Enablement)
  • Ensure Accenture’s compliance with Oracle agreements
Professional Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years combined Alliance and Business Development Experience, working with a compelling and verifiable track record of success
  • Significant experience building strategic relationship (beyond managing existing one)
  • Hands On profile with highly entrepreneurial mindset
  • Creative thinking with the ability to build and drive innovative alliance campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, with internal and external audience, up to top management
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Confidence with non-routine and complex work environment
  • Organized profile with strong ability to prioritize
  • Verbal and written communication skills in French and English
