The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the following activities: Creating client communications.  Maintenance of the marketing departments email automation and contact mgmt tools. Lead generation management.  Managing trade show sales shipments. Assist with maintaining marketing materials. Sales requests collateral, swag Inventory.   Management of MC Brand Store.  Sharepoint organization and management.   Maintain Social Media channels.  Write Content, Push Marketing and Email Broadcasts, driving traffic back to blog. Assist with user conference logistics Assist with RFPs.

Basic Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 1 year experience writing marketing communications for internal and external audiences

Minimum of 1 year experience working with Word and Excel

Minimum of 1 year experience organizing and completing multiple detail oriented tasks on an ongoing basis

 

Preferred Skills:

 

Excellent written verbal communication

Creative minded Experience with Marketo

SalesForce and or GoToWebinar is a plus

 

Professional skills:

 

1. Ability to work as a team player

2. Positive, can do approach to work and collaboration
