Role Summary: 

This will be a Senior Tech Ecosystem/Alliances professional who can drive sales, generate new business and improve win rates at the market and client level by executing a local client-centric ecosystem strategy and capability. This person will be responsible for building a local team of Client Ecosystem Leads who will deliver a standard set of services to drive value from the Technology Ecosystem for our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage industry/geography leadership and drive the industry/geography Ecosystem agenda.

• Drive sales, generate new business, and improve win rates at the industry/geography and client level.

• Facilitate overall geography Ecosystem strategy aligned to business needs and collaborate with other Alliance team members to enable the strategy.

• Lead the Client Ecosystem agenda at a key client within the industry/geography.

• Engage local leadership and recruit additional Client Ecosystem Leads to cover other accounts.

• At the client-level, deliver a set of services that maps the ecosystem, establishes local governance, assesses deal engagement and originates new business by leveraging partners and bringing new innovation.

• Manage and leverage the ecosystem for growth amongst all of Accenture’s ecosystem related businesses; Application Services, Technology Consulting, Infrastructure, Digital, etc.

• Drive innovation and ‘big bet’ agenda at the client level to accelerate growth.

• Identify innovative options to take advantage of emerging technologies across the ecosystem.

• Contribute ecosystem expertise to deal structure and financial terms with partners, resale transactions/margin, training costs, legal terms, etc. (leveraging Technology Fulfillment as needed)

• Develop new client relationships, expand existing ones and manage those effectively.

• Manage client expectations along with client management and technology account management teams.

• Provide line of sight to full ecosystem on behalf of the client, client business events and client objectives by simplifying and streamlining the complexity of the ecosystem

• Obtain visibility of our client’s investment strategies to maximize Accenture’s Ecosystem investments and assets.


1. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

3. Proven ability to create a business plan and execute against it

4. Proven ability to motivate, lead, recognize and manage a high performance team

5. Fluent in French or Dutch and English
