Working in-market as a sole staff-member, or as part of a small local team, as part of a global service delivery team, and alongside client staff in-market. Reporting to a service delivery lead in Germany:

Responsibilities:

Role will be to provide human performance coaching to staff within multiple automobile dealerships within a single market [some roles span a couple of markets] as part of a global programme.

The coaching materials will be provided (in English), but will need to be customized to the local market.

The roles to be coached are:

1.       Product Concierge – A new automobile sales role to offer technical guidance to the customer including use of technology hardware (touch screen monitors, tablets and digital signage) and to assist and relieve salespersons.

2.       CSTaR – A new automobile aftersales customer contact role.

The staff to be coached will be relatively new to their roles, having already been on-boarded and trained, and in the role for a few months. The aim of the coaching is to optimize their performance and correct any performance issues.

 

Skills/experience

       Experienced human performance coach of sales roles and customer care roles, ideally within the automotive industry.

       Experience in a fast-moving work environment; demonstrated ability to manage own workload proactively and effectively.

       Experience managing their own coaching schedule including travel between multiple locations within the same market each week (and day). Updates to rollout plans, Rearrange slots, continuous optimization and adaptation of coaching slot plan.

       Experience working closely with colleagues in other countries (using conference calls, Lync/Skype text chat and video calls, and other remote communication technology) is desirable.

       Proficient in English spoken and written, local market language spoken and written mandatory. Additional German language an advantage.

       Travel within Market to all the dealerships is required. Personal ability to travel is required (i.e. it is likely a driving licence will be required.)

       Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience

       Automobile industry experience highly desirable.

       Direct Sales role and customer care role experience highly desirable.
