Everest Group Names Accenture a Mortgage BPO Leader

Accenture has emerged as a mortgage BPO front-runner in Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix™.


In its “Mortgage BPO ‐ Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix™ Assessment,” Everest Group again recognizes Accenture as a Leader in providing mortgage BPO services. With its “robust technology offerings and holistic suite of services, Accenture is well-positioned to service the newer market demands.”

The report recognizes Accenture’s efforts to innovate mortgage BPO services, citing a robust strategy for developing digital end-to-end offerings, continually investing in advanced analytic solutions and ramping up technology capabilities inorganically with platform, augmentation, and tie-and-run solutions, all of which provides clients with an end-to-end judgement-intensive solution. 

Everest Group also notes Accenture’s development of Mortgage and Compliance as a Service (McaaS) to hep mortgage and home equity lenders reduce overall cycle times, scale volume on demand, improve regulatory compliance and reduce the potential for repurchase risk, at a predictable outcome-based cost.


The report evaluates 16 global mortgage BPO service providers, reviewing market success, scale, scope, technology solutions and innovation, and delivery footprint. Everest Group distinguishes Leaders by their “all-round excellence in terms of both market success and delivery capability.”
