Our compensation philosophy is geared towards providing competitive rewards to all employees and “above market” rewards to top-performing employees. In addition to base salary, Accenture employees are eligible for variable pay based on their performance and other performance rewards, as well as Accenture equity acquired through share option grants and discounted share purchases. Possible overtime hours are always paid, too.
