Being a consultant at Accenture means that no day is the same. However, during these strange pandemic times, my day starts with daily meetings where I connect with my Accenture team from different countries to discuss what we will work on and if there are any obstacles. The rest of the day is meeting intense as I am usually driving the meetings to get answers on how to develop things in Salesforce or to help a client manage discussions for something that needs to get solved. I also spend time preparing next day’s meetings to ensure that every meeting has a clear agenda and objective.
Outside client work, I try staying updated on the latest technology trends, and Accenture is providing me the best possibilities to do so. I also spend time contributing to our communities as I am part of Accenture Sweden’s Pride team where I help plan activities. Other than that, there is plenty of game nights, sports, and networking events which I try to join whenever I can – because it is important and good for my work-life balance.
I am really proud of being part of such a great company that not only impacts other companies, but that is also doing good for our people and planet. But most of all, I love the people at Accenture. So many smart, dedicated, and inspiring people across the globe, motivating you to grow and be the best every day. Not to mention the communities where you can reach out to anyone about anything across the globe, and they are happy to help you with anything you need.
When I need to unplug, I turn to padel tennis. Other than enjoying time with my family, friends and dog, I spend a lot of time reading about companies to invest in. Stocks is a really great way to learn about trends, world economics, and companies in general.
