SAP Security Manager
We are looking for an SAP Security Manager to Helsinki Finland to help our clients Secure their SAP environment and grow our Nordic SAP Security and Controls capabilities.

In the SAP Security team, you will lead and/or participate in design, implementation, and enhancement of security infrastructure. You will apply deep security skills to provide the following Security Services; design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. In addition, the role might require providing services to help clients protect their information, infrastructures, applications and business processes against cyber threats.
What will you do:
Scope and plan the security area and lead the security work in projects / programs
Lead and support the team that designs and implements:
SAP roles and Authorizations solution
SAP IAG solution
SAP risk management, controls and compliance solutions
SAP system security hardening
Identify innovative ideas for automating repetitive processes and tasks
Design SAP security-related processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines
Run Security Assessments and provide Security Roadmap along with Remediation & Mitigation plan if needed
Bring technical leadership as we design and deploy secure architectures for on premises and cloud solutions
Work closely with peers and colleagues across our global security team to support the growth of SAP Security projects in the Nordics
Keep track with SAP Security and Cyber Security trends and market
Support sales and guide clients in finding the correct solutions for their needs
Qualifications
What do we expect from you:
5+ years of relevant working experience designing and architecting SAP Security solutions
Strong experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance for cloud solutions like IAG
Extensive knowledge of SAP standard processes and Implementation Methodology
Proficient with SAP Security role design and design documentation
Proficient with governance and compliance design
Knowledge of Cloud Security Principles, and implementation
Knowledge of cyber security and security hardening
Proven ability to collaborate with customer, vendor and peers
Fluent language in English
EU passport
Nice to have:
Fluent language in Finnish
Finnish passport
Experience in GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risks Management
Experience in of implementing Segregation of Duties, Defining and updating Rulesets
Knowledge of security governance and compliance frameworks (i.e. SAP Secure Operation Map / Security Baseline, NIST, ISO etc.)
Knowledge of other security solutions within Platform Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Privacy, Cloud Security, Cyber Security)
Recruitements:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
SAP Certified Technology Professional - System Security Architect certification highly desired
5 years' direct experience managing the security of enterprise applications like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Solutions, SAP Security Solutions (GRC, IAG, BTP, CVA, ETD, SSO…)
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27000, ISO 9001, NIST, and GDPR
Understanding of OWASP Top 10 web application security risks (XSS, SQL Injection, etc.) and recommended mitigation strategies
