インダストリーコンサルタント（カスタマーフロント）【製造・流通領域】は顧客（生活者/消費者、法人顧客および従業員）が求める提供価値/体験を再定義し、持続的な事業成長を実現するべく、業界に深い知見を持ち、顧客を起点とした変革実現をするための要となるコンサルティング集団です。

プロジェクトではソング本部だけでなく、アクセンチュア全体の多様な人材やサービスラインと協業して、企業の顧客体験提供のフロントステージに関わる変革に加え、それを下支えするデータ・テクノロジー・組織・従業員体験含めたバックステージに関わる変革を含めた全領域を一気通貫で支援します。

◆業務内容

担当業界にフォーカスした中で、企業の経営者層のカウンターパートとして下記をカバー

フロントステージ変革：新規ビジネス戦略、ブランド戦略、マーケティング戦略、営業戦略、チャネル改革、顧客体験改革

・企業のパーパス・ミッションの再定義、それに基づくターゲットカスタマーと企業の価値・ブランドの明確化・市場規模概算

・ターゲットとなる生活者体験設計・マルチチャネルでのコミュニケーションプランの策定、新たな体験・共感を生み出す既存事業に閉じないサービス・商品の企画・構想立案

バックステージ変革：プロセス・データ・テクノロジー・組織・従業員を含めたオペレーティングモデル改革

・フロントステージで定義した体験を下支えするプロセス改革、人的資源・組織変革、データ活用・データ基盤戦略、カスタマーフロントのテクノロジー変革、経営資源配賦含めたガバナンス改革

・また、変革実行のカギとなる従業員を始めとする多様なステークホルダーのチェンジマネジメント推進・体験変革

◆プロジェクト事例

・消費財企業：ユーザーニーズを直接把握し、付加価値ある商品・サービスを提供したいというお客様の戦略・方針に合わせた新規事業立ち上げに伴うサービスプラニング、ブランディング、マーケティング、仕組みづくり等を全方位的に支援する新規事業立ち上げ・推進プロジェクト

Qualification

◆応募要件（必須）

・消費財・サービス・トラベル・ライフサイエンス・流通・小売・自動車・産業機械業界でのご経験やご知見

・下記いずれか

ストラテジーコンサルティング・ビジネスコンサルティング・テクノロジーコンサルティング経験

経営企画・事業企画・事業開発・サービス企画・マーケティング戦略・営業企画・カスタマーサービス業務経験

テクノロジー戦略・システム導入・DX推進・ITコンサルティング経験、PMO・伴走支援経験

◆応募要件（歓迎）

・プロフェッショナルとしての自覚を持ち、企業の変革実現に対して主体的に推進していきたい方

・企業視点と消費者/従業員を含む生活者視点の両面から企業のビジネスや社会環境へのインパクトに関心を持ち、社会全体の持続的な成長に関心をお持ちの方

・生成AIなど最新テクノロジーやサービストレンドに対する感度と理解をお持ちの方

・ロジカルシンキング・クリティカルシンキングやスライドライティング・プレゼンテーション力に一定の素養をお持ちの方

・英語を用いたビジネス経験（TOEIC750点以上）
