You will collaborate with global industry leaders and senior industry experts of industrial and/or automotive companies while selling and delivering high-impact strategy and advisory projects.

The work you will do:
As a senior member of our strategy team, you will:
- Proactively recognize, plan & help to realize largest value creation opportunities at our clients
- Bring inspiration to C-level executives and help them develop their agendas
- Build and lead your business portfolio, consisting of multiple projects and business opportunities
- Sell and deliver impactful transformation strategies
- Lead teams of strategy consultants
- Closely collaborate with our account and industry leadership

Qualifications
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for candidates, who have:
· At least 7 years of strategy (or comparable) work experience, including also significant experience from strategy consulting and its selling, delivery and analysis methodologies
· Deep experience in one or multiple strategy themes, such as growth strategy, cost/productivity turnarounds, operating model transformation and/or technology strategy
· Significant experience & connections from Nordic Industrial and/or Automotive companies
· Value centric way of working and competencies to lead complex quantitative work
· Strong experience from working and building relationships with executive stakeholders
· Strong skills in leading of strategy teams, balancing team performance and people centricity
· Demonstrated success in selling and delivering strategy programs
· Team player attitude
· Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
· Fluency in English and preferably one or multiple Nordic languages
· Home office at Helsinki (industrial), Stockholm (industrial / automotive) or Gothenburg (automotive)
· Ability to travel in the Nordics
