Qualifications
If you possess the skills requirements below - we wish to hear from you!
2-5 years of experience in roles connected to Risk & Compliance topics. Prior consulting experience is a benefit.
Experience with compliance related work KYC/AML, Fraud prevention and Independent risk management.
Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business or System Engineering.
Knowledge about integration projects with Customer Life Cycle Management systems and/or KYC systems and risk scoring.
Familiarity in Transaction Monitoring, Transactions Screening and Sanctions.
In addition, we wish that you are:
comfortable with written and oral presentations in both English and Finnish conducting interviews, facilitating workshops and presenting analysis findings and recommendations to our client’s leadership teams.
used to collaborating and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment - both to support your clients but also to build the internal consultancy skills and practice.
able to identify and pursue new business opportunities in cooperation with other persons, contribute to proposal work to build a pipeline of relevant client work within the area of risk and compliance.
