The Role

We are looking for an experienced Martech person, and if you have a background where you have been in touch with CDP technologies it’s even better. This is a hands-on, technical position as well as customer facing and consulting role, for someone who can work closely with both our engineering and user experience teams to help and configure the CDP implementations for our customers. CDPs combines data with customer experience and business strategy, so it’s only a plus if your background also has a flavour of marketing.

What will you be doing?

  • Craft and configure solutions in various CDP solutions like Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Customer 360 CDP, BlueConic, Tealium CDP, Redpoint, Bloomreach etc. (if you don't have experience in the above solutions, maybe you have knowledge for CDP in general)

  • Assists with designs and assures that technology solutions meet business requirements while aligning with long-term architectural goals

  • Collaborate with the customer and consult on best practice

  • And generally, be able to consult on data

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional CDP experience or minimum 4 years of experience with Martech solutions like Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc.

  • Good understanding of marketing flows and communications

  • Experience with email marketing and/or html for emails.

  • Java or other object-oriented programming language

  • Familiar with database architecture (e.g SQL, MySQL, Postgres)

We value these qualifications:

  • Customer Experience knowledge

  • Ecommerce Domain understanding

  • Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related field

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript etc.

  • Experience with collaboration and ticketing suites (Atlassian Jira, Confluence and DevOps)

You might also have:

  • Knowledge about other marketing technologies such as social media, search, web analytics, marketing automation and behavioural targeting

  • Ability to improve customer experience, UI, site design, order fulfilment and optimization / efficiency of online businesses

  • Proficient in English

  • If you also have another European language on business level it´s an advantage
