Key areas of responsibility:
Drive client value creation
Collaborate with clients & colleagues to innovate and co-create impactful solutions.
Bring your experience & insights – together with Accenture’s – to identify and generate value for our clients.
Deliver impactful & transformational solutions
Lead and be part of diverse and high-performing teams that tackle & solve complex industrial problems.
Lead people and teams to deliver business & technical projects and solutions.
Grow and build our practice together with us
Within our growing practice help structure and build a great practice of industrial consultants.
Coach and lead colleagues to grow together with our clients and our practice.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
~10+ years of experience (level-dependent) from consulting or similar relevant business sector
Experience of and interest in the Industrial segment, its challenges and opportunities
A relevant Business or Technical degree at Master level
Experience of working with C-level industrial executives
At ease with core consulting skills, problem-solving, communication & client engagement
Strong track record of leading and inspiring teams at all levels
Fluency in English and preferably also a Nordic language
