Qualifications:

• A relevant Master or Bachelor degree

• 2 - 5 years of recruiting experience and you desire to grow your career 

• Possible experience with IT recruitment 

• Possible experience from an agency or in-house recruitment

• People person with good stakeholder management skill

• Fluent in Finnish and English both orally and in writing

Personality:

• Outgoing and proactive 

• Ambitious and helpful

• Process orientated and inventive

• A person who can read different situations

• A team player that takes ownership driving your responsibilities all the way
