Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Test Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our team in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of software applications
  • Design, implement and execute automated test scripts using testing tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide testing solutions
  • Analyze test results and identify defects to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide status updates on testing progress

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Jira, Jenkins etc.
  • Experience in Mainframe testing is a plus
  • Preferred experience in the Insurance domain
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Residence in Finland (mandatory)
  • Excellent Finnish and English skills (mandatory)
