Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in HR technology transformation.

Requisitos
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, and reporting.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, and deployment.
Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
Support change management and user adoption through training and communication.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).
Strong project management expertise with PMP/Prince2 preferred.
Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting.
