What you will do:
As a Manager in the Fulfillment team (Supply Chain & Operations), you will lead warehouse management transformations using SAP EWM, from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define future logistics technology landscapes and select solutions to optimize networks for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
- Design improved warehouse processes and requirements leveraging SAP EWM.
- Lead end-to-end implementation: design, configuration, testing, change management, and go-live support.
- Manage large global/regional projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations.
- Support business development through proposals and RFP responses.
- Stay current on warehousing best practices and drive innovation with ecosystem partners.

Requisitos
What you need:
- Extensive experience working in management or systems implementation consulting, or as part of a corporate function running transformative projects with implementation of Transportation Management Systems
- Hands-on experience leading global or regional implementations of SAP EWM. Experience with other logistics software is a plus
- Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing processes and technology solutions, and passionate for continuously learning about innovations and new developments.
- Fluent with Supply Chain concepts and how logistics and warehousing impacts the overall supply chain.
- Excellent communication (fluent English), presentation, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
We are delivering our work mostly in hybrid mode (mix of remotely and onsite) as ICH Europe way of working is based serving advisory, often requiring travel and working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and flexibility to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term, may be required.
Please note you need to be based in specific cities near Accenture sites to be able to commute to the office when needed.
