 SAP - SAC Analytics Cloud (Planning, Forecast, Budget) Consultant.

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding and documenting of clients’ business requirements.
• Preparing and running of client workshops.      
• Providing strong and autonomous PMO and project delivery on treasury operational transformation programs, process optimisation and application rationalisation.      
• Contributing to continuous service portfolio innovation through asset development, trainings and knowledge sharing.      
• Interlocking with other Finance Transformation practices in Accenture.
• Closely following the strategic direction set by management when establishing near term goals.

Requirements:

• You have worked on projects related to the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions for planning, with a particular focus on defining functional processes, business blueprint, and implementing integrated solutions with the main tools available in the SAP landscape (S/4 Hana, SAP IBP, SAP TPM, SAP DataSphere, and SAP BW).
•  You have gained experience in consulting within the scope of Integrated Financial Planning processes (Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting) on top-tier EPM solutions;
• You have experience in helping clients tackle digitalization challenges by mastering Planning processes, using your financial know-how and analytical skills to design integrated planning processes that solve the most complex business problems of our clients;
• You hold a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering and have an excellent command of the English language.

 Global Treasury & Working Capital Consulting Team

Key responsibilities:

• Involvement in treasury transformation projects across various industries.
• Requires expertise in treasury management solutions and systems, focusing on both organizational and operational frameworks.

• As a Treasury professional you have been exposed to Treasury management solutions and in best case come with knowledge in system implementation that you combine with deep business process and technical skills.
• Those allow you to analyse, design, build and implement leading treasury solutions.
• You have a deep understanding of key processes and controls across the core Treasury functional areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 6 years’ experience in international corporate treasury organizations or in consulting environment advising corporates on finance and treasury transformations and/or technology enhancements or implementing treasury technology solutions.
• Experience using or implementing leading Treasury technologies and/or payment solutions such as Kyriba and/or FIS Quantum/Integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Treasury Professional (ACT or similar) and/or TMS vendor certification preferred

3. SAP Treasury Consultant.

The areas of expertise that will be considered for these positions are:

• SAP Cash & Liquidity Management      
• SAP Cash Management on S/4HANA      
• SAP BCM – Bank Communication Management      
• SAP TRM – Treasury and Risk Management      
• SAP IHC – In house Cash      
• SAP FSCM (Credit Management)      
• SAP Dispute and Collection Management      
• SAP Credit Management      
• SAP EBS (Electronic bank statement) & Bank Reconciliation.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

• Understanding and documenting of clients’ business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of treasury consulting and/or SAP Treasury system implementation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree a must have
• Proven track record of working for multinational companies OR experience working for a management consulting firm in an international environment
• Deep understanding of how treasury organizations can drive value for an enterprise is desired
• SAP Treasury Certifications (by one or more leading treasury technologies) are appreciated
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in an innovative environment
• Proven ability to support project work streams and good program management experience
• Ability to interact and present to/with client executives, vendors and third-party providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel

4. Working Capital Consultant

Execute working capital optimization projects for one or several of the Working Capital components (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory) with an end-to-end vision:

• Assess performance, identify gaps with leading and innovative practices, define business case & operational recommendations to drive working capital benefits.
• Develop work plan and identify savings leveraging a driver-based approach and industry benchmarking data.
• Execute transformation initiatives with a focus on value realization and capabilities development sustainability applying innovative combinations of strategy, governance, and organization & process redesign, technology & digital alignment.
• Manage operational reengineering efforts in policies, end-to-end process governance, organizational structure, performance measurement and reporting visibility, incentives programs, technology & digital alignment.

Requirements:

• Consulting skills / experience in consulting companies with overall understanding of finance processes
• Experience in Order to cash / Lead to cash / Invoice to cash / Lead to quote/cash projects
• Experience in Procure to pay projects is a plus
• Good knowledge of working capital components & drivers and how working capital initiatives create value in an organization is an advantage
• Proven track record in designing & reengineering of operational processes, driving business outcomes and supporting change management in large international companies/ consulting firms
• Good analytical/data analytics skills
• Proficiency in English and any other languages advantageous (French is a plus)
• Availability to travel to client premises (if requested)
