We are seeking a driven and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our high-performing SMB (Small-Medium size Business) ad-sales team for one our clients.
In this role, you will oversee a team of ads-consultant, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue goals in a high-velocity sales environment. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating your team, while implementing strategies to optimize sales performance and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership - Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales/ads consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2) Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth in a high-velocity sales environment.
3) Coaching and Development - Provide hands-on coaching to team members through regular one-on-one meetings, call reviews, and performance feedback. 4) Performance Management - Set clear performance expectations and track team progress using KPIs, such as revenue growth, deal velocity, and conversion rates.
5) Operational Excellence - Oversee sales operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM utilization, and adherence to sales processes.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and enhance the customer journey.
Monitor the quality of customer interactions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
6) Reporting and Insights - Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to the client, highlighting successes, challenges, and action plans.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and make informed business decisions.
Requisitos
Requirements:
Fluent in English (team business language)
1+ years of experience leading sales teams in a digital sales environment
3+ years of experience as a seller in a digital sales environment
Data driven, logical thinker
Experience working with client
Understand sales processes
Experience in digital marketing preferred.
