Requisitos
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define and deploy data & AI strategy.
- Conduct data maturity assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and deploy data governance frameworks and operating models across organizations from various industries.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to operate data management.
- Support clients in leveraging advanced analytics and AI for business insights and value generation.
- Work closely with different functional and technical departments to deploy data governance and implement data & AI solutions.
- Deliver insights through data visualization and storytelling to inform decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate workshops to drive alignment on data initiatives.
- Define and execute change management and data culture initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of data strategy principles, data governance, and data management, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Familiarity with DAMA, IDG, and/or other data governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting the business to exploit data & AI to generate value for the organization.
- Experience with data governance tools: Informatica, Collibra, Talend, etc.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in data modelling, data mining and/or data architecture design is a plus.
- Project management experience, including scoping, timelines, and deliverables management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English and Spanish (a test will be conducted).
- Data governance certifications will be considered a plus.
