EUROPE TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY & ADVISORY TEAM
Are you ready to join our EMEA Technology Strategy & Advisory team to transform how businesses connect with their customers? We are looking for Technology & Advisory Manager/Senior Manager to work with our clients who are European multinationals who operate globally and rank highly in the world's top stock exchanges. We are a team of highly customer-centric, motivated, skilled and experienced architects devoted to the definition, design, orchestration and delivery of world-class technology strategies and best-of-breed architectures to our clients, ensuring that these underpin their transformational business objectives and exceed their expectations. These often span across multiple business capabilities, from Sales & Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or Human Resources, to Research and Product Development.
Role responsibilities:
Define IT/Cloud Finance visions and transformation blueprints, designing future operating models with top tools.
Shape and prioritize transformation stages, ensuring technical, commercial, and organizational feasibility.
Lead large-scale transformation with cutting-edge tech, providing financial management expertise in Cloud/IT operations.
Support TBM/FinOps in sales, collaborating with leadership to deliver effective client-focused solutions.
Drive thought leadership, understanding client transformation needs and building key relationships.

Requisitos
You will have experience with most of the following:
Industries expertise (at least one): Aerospace & Defense, Banking, Capital Markets, Chemicals, Communications & Media, Consumer Goods & Services, Energy, Health, High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences, Retail, Software & Platforms, Travel and Utilities.
Setting and shaping large scale/complex transformation strategy & vision; gaining buy in and approval from C-Suite level stakeholders using latest technology, data, AI and Gen AI capabilities.
Running both small / large teams with line management responsibilities (e.g. end of year performance management feedback and associated processes).
Set yourself apart:
Extensive experience in Strategy, Consulting, and large-scale transformation delivery conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Expertise in Technology Business Management, IT Financial Management, Lean Portfolio Management, FinOps, IT cost reduction, or specific Industry Value Chain fostered by Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
University degree recommended; equivalent experience considered.
