About the Project: We are seeking a skilled Functional and Technical Consultant to join our team for a project focused on integrating current processes into a new platform. This role requires expertise in the Payments sector, specifically in Card Payments for dispute management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document current payment processes and workflows.
Design and implement integration solutions for the new platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and resolve disputes related to card payments.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
Requisitos
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in the Payments sector, with a focus on Card Payments and dispute management.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems and integration methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with [specific technologies or platforms, if applicable].
High Level of Spanish is Mandatory
High Level of English is desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Payments industry.
