Deal Shaping (DSP) professionals shape deal financials for high risk and complex client engagements, that might include multinational arrangements, joint ventures, alliances, setting up or acquisition of operating companies, and other equity investment transactions.
Key responsibilities may include:
Responsible for the financial buildup of new opportunities, elaborating financial models and business cases both for Accenture and the client to identify and maximize the value of the opportunities.
Assess and apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives.
Prepare income statements, balance sheets and cash flows supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture policies and commercial standards.
Represent contract financials in Accenture approval meetings.

Requisitos
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience operating in a financial role (audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, commercial).
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Honours, in Finance or Accounting.
Highly effective organizing and multi-tasking skills.
Knowledgeable and or proficient in financial modeling techniques (i.e., Excel), financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and accounting concepts and budgeting techniques.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Depending on the engagement - ability to support client teams effectively on a remote basis or willingness to travel.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a global and diverse environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership attributes and aspiration to grow your career.
