Your Experience:

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories, managing their development and delivery, supporting the development team, and working closely with the Software Manager.
• Ensuring that team planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.

Set Yourself Apart: Desirable Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a product owner/business analyst in digital projects.

• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Experience in web analytics.

• As a product owner, having experience working with cross-functional areas of the company (Legal, Compliance, Product, etc.) to translate their needs/specifications into product functional requirements.

• Experience in creating, executing, and analyzing business test plans.

• Experience in reporting and tracking bugs detected in customer flows.

• Ability to perform unit and regression tests of the test plan.

• Experience working alongside teams in the development of apps and web platforms.

• Experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital product development, having worked in digital business transformation teams as a tester.

• Autonomous attitude in both product definition and testing, capable of conducting end-to-end testing, and providing valuable insights to the team.

• Oral and written communication skills to clearly convey product needs and requirements to UX/UI designers, the development team, and other collaborators or stakeholders.

• Customer orientation and analytical skills.

• A high level of spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
