We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist manager. A talented, fun, collaborative person willing to bring added knowledge to our Data & AI Group. Iberia market unit – working for our top clients, developing their data and AI strategy, bringing new offerings and opportunities to growth our applied intelligence business.
Your role:
What responsibilities will you have?
Data&AI professionals help clients implement corporate strategies, make strategic decisions, structure effective business and operating models, and transform their businesses all in an effort to grow their business while maintaining or reducing costs.
Requisitos
What skills & experience are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Masters or MBA’s degree
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Minimum of 6 years working in analytics or related business transformation
- Minimum of 6 years in strategy or management consulting
Preferred Skills
- Prior consulting experience preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
- Ability to understand and apply statistical methods and outputs to create client value in a business context

Technical Skills
- Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in applying advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis, to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development.
- AI Model Deployment and Integration: Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions.
- Data Architecture and Engineering: Basic knowledge designing data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and storage for analytics purposes.
- Data Governance and Ethics: In-depth understanding of data governance principles and ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
