About the role
Take part to strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact

- Manage, train and contribute to the development of the junior profiles within the team
Requisitos
Requirements
8-10 years experience in consulting or project management in a fast-paced environment
Top Business or Engineering School
Preferred Skills
Strategy Consulting Experience in Automotive, Mobility and Industrial
Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
Results-driven, strong analytics mindset.
Problem solver, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level
People development and team building skills
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
