We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager who will take charge of brand channels across major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of managing social media presence, a deep understanding of current trends, and expertise in utilizing social management tools. With a strong grasp of paid social and analytics, the Social Media Manager will drive engagement, develop compelling content, and measure campaign success.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the specific market, leveraging a deep understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior.
  • Engage actively with comments, questions, and inquiries from customers and followers, utilizing the Social Concierge approach to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging content for paid social media campaigns.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with media agencies and other partners to enhance campaign performance and optimize content delivery.
  • Utilize social management tools, with a preference for Sprinklr, to streamline social media operations and maximize impact.
  • Apply a data-driven approach by analyzing social KPIs, generating insightful reports, and creating compelling dashboards to evaluate campaign success.
  • Recommend and oversee influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Provide valuable social media insights and expertise to inform campaign development and briefs.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain a cutting-edge approach to social media management.
  • Utilize exceptional writing skills to craft engaging and persuasive social media content that resonates with the target audience.

Skills, experience and qualifications required

  • Proven track record of successfully managing brand channels on various social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social management tools, with experience in Sprinklr preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid social strategies, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate social KPIs into actionable insights and reports.
  • High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with a diverse audience.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborative nature and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
