Requisitos
Your responsabilities:
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
- Work with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making
- Use Scrum method to gets teams to a high performing level and enable change where required to produce consistently high performing delivery teams
- Work with Product owners to refine backlog
- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
Technical Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Agile implementations - variations like Scrum, Kanban, lean and identify what suits best for the team
- Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity.
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Experience in working in multiple teams - facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations in teams
- Help teams realize dependencies early in the day and resolve the same.
