Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven SAP manager with experience in Sustainability as well as Finance or Logistics to be part of our SAP system integration business focused on Sustainability. To ensure success as an SAP manager, you should have end to end knowledge of primary S/4 Hana transformation, sustainability, and IT system integration processes. Experience in Go to Market strategies, RFP processes and business blueprinting phases will allow you to excel in this role. Experience and knowledge in SAP EHS and / or SAP PaPM would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support Go to Market activities related to SAP Sustainability
Lead or support SAP Sustainability solutioning required by Clients
Embed the element of Sustainability in SAP S/4 Hana transformation, RFP, and Business Blueprinting processes
Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
Manage and Drive customized SAP Sustainability solutions development, configuration, and deployment
Contribute to build assets for SAP Sustainability practice
Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
Requisitos
Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
SAP-accredited or certified experience
Demonstrable experience as an SAP expert in Sustainability as well as Finance or Logistics
Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration processes
Current knowledge of main Sustainability impacted business processes
Expertise in the Products or Resources industry
Expertise in SAP EHS and or SAP PaPM would be beneficial
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Full professional proficiency in English is required and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
