We are looking for a Workday Finance Consultant to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Applying your expertise on financial processes in the analysis, design, and end to end delivery as a trusted consultant in our clients’ Workday Financials implementation projects.
Consulting with our clients in depth on the Workday Financials modules, such as Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash, Record to Report or Adaptive Planning, and converting business requirements into system solutions.
Leading workshops and driving discussions on topics across the finance domain.
Being part of and helping to guide a team of Workday Financials consultants.
Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
Actively supporting (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients.

Requisitos
Basic qualifications:
- Workday Financials certification (Procure to Pay, Contract to Cash, Record to Report or Adaptive Planning) and/or experience from several Workday implementation projects
- Strong finance transformation track record
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
- Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment
- Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a virtual team and client interactions
''Nice to Have'' qualifications:
Proficient in multiple financial processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis
Experienced in implementing other leading cloud-based SaaS financial applications; for example, Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP
