Alfa Consulting part of Accenture is a global consulting firm, renowned for the design of pragmatic strategies and the improvement of the execution capabilities of large companies. We combine strategic and design capabilities with deep business knowledge specialized by industry, enabling us to support our clients in strategic projects, providing a practical and effective approach.
The consultant is the link between us and our clients and works directly with team members and is in charge of one part or a specific line of action in each project and also deals with daily tasks by drawing up on innovative and proactive ideas.
For our offices in Madrid and Barcelona, we are seeking professionals with 3-4 years’ experience in an operational unit or in a similar consulting company as well as team leadership and project management experience.
Requisitos
It is required a BA in Economics, Business Administration or BSc in Engineering from a top-tier University plus an MBA from a well known Business School.
You must be willing to travel locally and internationally.
Excellent command of English and fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, or German.
Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership skills, including people development, team building, and conflict management functional and technical expertise in change, operational and project management and experience working with client executives and external stakeholders.
