As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by integrating modern frameworks and continuously refining the software to adapt to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Understanding of database management and query optimization.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
