Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and adaptability to evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platform services related to Salesforce.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
